  • Monthly visit to check property internally and externally, increased to every two weeks during the winter months and weekly in bad weather
  • Check for leaks, storm damage and pest infestation
  • Check all electrical equipment is working
  • Inform owner immediately of any problems arising at the property which require urgent attention, acting only on owners’ instructions
  • Thoroughly air the property throughout
  • Check bedding and soft furnishings
  • General garden maintenance
  • Collect mail and leave inside property (thieves target houses with full post boxes)
  • Ensure property is secure
