Cleaning Services

Along with the basic clean we offer optional extras such as oven cleaning and interior and exterior window cleaning.

Our basic changeover clean includes the following: -

• Strip beds and make up                                                          • Launder bed linen and towels                                                    • Vacuum thoroughly                                             • Dust / polish throughout
• Sweep / mop floors where appropriate
• Clean and disinfect bath / shower cubicles
• Clean and disinfect all sanitary ware
• Clean mirrors
• Clean and disinfect kitchen sink and all kitchen worktops
• Wash down kitchen cupboards (outsides only unless empty)
 • Wash over windowsills and ledges
• Clean and disinfect rubbish bins
• Clean light switches / power points
• Wash over doorframes, paint work and skirting boards when marks are apparent

You are responsible for providing all the cleaning materials and equipment essential for your cleaning requirements, but we can supply on request. We only supply and use environmentally friendly products as supplied by Ecolabs.



We can offer annual cleans including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, insides of cupboards, light fittings, dustbins, descaling appliances and BBQs, carpet cleaning, garden furniture and patios and windows.

We have the solutions for all your cleaning problems.


Surveillance Checks

We will make regular visits to your property when it is not occupied.  This service is mostly required in the winter months.  We will inspect your property inside and out for storm damage and will report back to you via e-mail and with digital pictures.  We will also give the villa an airing, check that the water is turned off and sort out any pest or infestation problems that can occur when a property is left empty for long periods.

Change Overs

The minimum time of attendance is 3 hours during which time we will check the inventory, inspect the property for any damage or breakages, change the bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels.  Floors will be vacuumed and cleaned and all other surfaces wiped down.  Baths and / or showers, loos and toilet seats will be cleaned and disinfected, as will kitchen sinks and surfaces.  We will take away the dirty linen and wash, dry and iron it. Windows and mirrors will be checked and cleaned if necessary.

We will ensure that your villa will be shinning like a new pin for your guests.

 

Interior Design

Do you have the time to source and purchase, and the space to store everything you will need for your holiday home back in the U.K.  Do you want to spend all your hard-earned holidays sourcing, purchasing and waiting for deliveries in France?  If the answer to these questions is NO, then let us help you.

You can find local companies who, once your choices have been made will arrive and within a few hours have furnished your home.  However, these companies are very expensive and there is no individuality about their furniture. If you walked into around 30% of the homes on new developments, each one would look the same.

We don’t even need to meet you (although it would be beneficial)!  We can talk / email and you can provide photographs / off plan drawings of your holiday home. Materials, fabrics colours and budget can all be worked out very quickly, and we can email photographs of possible items to purchase to you at every step of the way if you wish.

All work undertaken will be fully itemised on an invoice on a monthly basis.

If more convenient to you we can accept payment in Euros, either by cheque or transfer in to our French bank account.  Exchange rate as published in that day's copy of the Financial Times.
