Holding
We will hold your keys and any copies in our safe. Should your guests lose their keys (and it does happen) we will organise a replacement.
Meet
and Greet
We will confirm with your guests their arrival time and meet them at your villa and hand over the keys. We will spend time with them showing them around the property and familiarising them with the layout and its facilities, and show them where everything is located.
Before we leave we will make sure that the inventory is correct and that there are no damaged or missing items. We will give them our 24 hour emergency telephone number so that in the event of a problem they contact us before they disturb you.
Emergency
Visits
Should your guests need to contact us for any reason during their stay and the matter is resolved over the telephone, there will, of course, be no charge.
On the rare occasion that any problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, then we will visit the property, assess the situation and either resolve the problem ourselves or contact someone who can.
We will report to you throughout every stage.
Airport Transfers

The last thing you want to do is spend the money you have saved on your low cost flight on expensive and unreliable taxis. We will give you a firm quotation based on the airport location, number of passengers (size of vehicle), distance to destination and amount of luggage (please advise if bringing Golf Clubs). We offer a 24-hour pick up and drop off service to the following airports or Gares.
Bιziers, Carcassonne, Girona, Toulouse, Montpellier, Nimes, Perpignan
and Avignon
We offer one of the most efficient and professional airport transfer services in the region. The airports in the area are small enough to meet you outside with the exception of Montpellier. We will be waiting close to the airport terminal for your call via mobile, or if you do not have a mobile phone we can meet you inside the terminal. We will check the internet for
the exact arrival time of your flight before we set off. We will not depart for the airport before we know the aircraft is in the air. However, if your flight is delayed after this point, our waiting time charges are based on 10 per hour. Between
midnight and 06:00 and local Bank Holidays, fares are charged at time and a half. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are double.
Your reservation will be reconfirmed by e-mail giving the mobile number of your driver.
